IMPACT Strategies Completes Clement Service Center
IMPACT Strategies, Inc. is proud to announce the successful completion of the new Clement Service Center, located on Veterans Memorial Parkway in St. Charles, MO, just off Interstate 70 between the Zumbehl and Cave Springs exits.
Serving as construction manager, IMPACT Strategies delivered the new 63,360 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, marking another major milestone in Clement Auto Group’s continued expansion throughout the Greater St. Louis area. The completed service center features advanced service bays, a cutting-edge collision center, and expanded capacity to support automotive maintenance and repairs.
Through early collaboration during preconstruction, IMPACT worked closely with Clement Auto Group to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline efficiencies, resulting in a highly coordinated and progressive construction process. This proactive approach helped ensure the project was delivered on time and aligned with the client’s goals for performance and quality.
